SERVICES

We provide full weekly maintenance services as well as customized service to fit your needs:

                                                            weekly service

This is our premium service and the following tasks are performed on a weekly basis:

• Brush tile to minimize calcium and scum build up.
• Skim Pool surface.
• Vacuum pool floor if needed.
• Brush pool walls.
• Test PH of water and adjust as needed.
• Test Alkalinity of water and adjust as needed.
• Test water for sanitizer levels and add as needed.
• Inspect pool filtration system for optimum performance and communicate with owner if repairs are needed.
• Clean filter as needed. Currently $50.00 extra per filter cleaning.
• Clean all baskets in the system. i.e. skimmer basket, pump basket, and automatic cleaner basket if equipped with one.

All the chemicals are included with the exception of the following:
Conditioner (currently $75.00 once a year).
Chlorine tablets. You may purchase from us at our cost or at your local pool supply store.

Our premium service rate starts @ $95.00 per month depending on pool size, and surrounding conditions.
                                            

                                                Service every other week
This service plan is designed for pools that are fully automated (have an automatic pool cleaner and automatic salt chlorinator or any other type of chlorine feeder),or for the pool owner who is willing and has the time to keep an eye on his pool. We will perform the same task as on our weekly service plan, but we only come every other week.
Our current rate for this service plan starts @ $70.00 a month.

                                             Chemical only service
This plan is perfect for the pool owner who loves to clean his pool on a regular basis but doesn't want to deal with the chemical part of maintaining a pool. We will visit your pool once a week and test the water chemistry and add the necessary chemicals needed to keep your pool water balanced.
We will do an equipment inspection on a monthly basis and advise you of any repairs needed.
Chemicals are included except, for conditioner and tablets.(see weekly service above).
Additional charges apply for extra services performed i.e.  filter cleaning , or clean baskets.
Our current rate for the chemical only service starts @ $65.00
